Dutch internees arrive in Melbourne on the "Oranjefontein". Former Dutch internees disembarking from the Oranjefontein on 27th October 1945, at Victoria Docks, Melbourne. They have been interned in Japanese prison camps in the Netherlands Indies for over three years and will travel on to rest camps in Australia to recuperate from the horrors of the prison camps.
